The first open platform for collective capital knowledge in the Lusophone world — where CPLP entrepreneurs share real experiences with European and multilateral fund applications
Open Capital Intelligence / Capital Aberto is a participatory platform founded by Liliana Cristóvão Rosário and Tânia Fernandes at Network Capital Group in Portugal.
Founders and organisations from the CPLP - Portugal, Angola, Mozambique, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau, São Tomé, Equatorial Guinea, Brazil, and Timor-Leste - submit real candidacy experiences with European institutional funds, multilateral programmes, and development finance instruments. Anonymously if preferred. Free.
The platform applies civic technology principles to economic participation. Access to financial knowledge is a democratic right, not a privilege reserved for those with the right networks. This is the first initiative of its kind in the Lusophone world.
Part of a larger structure: the NCG CPLP Association, being established to formalise open capital intelligence as a public good across the transatlantic corridor connecting Europe, Africa, and Latin America.
